Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We have partnered with UPS to offer the best shipping and delivery service to all our customers. At Nutriology, you can select shipping services that best fit your needs and budgets. You can choose express services when you need your packages right away or standard services when you have more time for delivery.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $74.99. Free Shipping orders are estimated to be delivered in 10 business days after processing.
We don’t ship: international shipping, US federal territories, alaska and hawaii, and P.O. box
Process and ship orders takes 2 business days. For example, if you buy on a friday, expect it to be delivered the next week, on Tuesday. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Please, verify your shipping address before placing your order. We can not change the address for you. If a package returns to our facility due to an error in your shipping address, your order will be refunded, without the shipping cost and a 15% off handle and administration fee. Nutriology LLC does not take any responsibility if your package is lost in transit due to an error on the address you provided.
We do not take responsibility for lost packages delivered to the following places: Freight Forwarders, Third Party Receivers, hotels, motels, resorts or schools, and unverified addresses.
We offer a 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Nutriology products. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, email us and explain your negative experience, as well as your Order number, within 45 days of your order to email@example.com. Note that this offer is only valid for first time purchases of a product.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be made from Nutriologyus.com or Amazon.com. Refunds will be issued once we receive the return package, and we have confirmed our product is in perfect state, that is not damaged or opened.
If your order was made on Nutriologyus.com, we will answer your email with a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be accepted without this RA number, please make sure to include this number in your returned package. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost or damaged in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
However if your order was made from Amazon.com, (our only authorized distributor is Seven Distributors Corp), please email us your order ID, name, and additional information and we will be happy to assist you.
If you have purchased a Nutriology product from another website or a retail location, or a different seller on Amazon.com, please contact them directly for order related issues.
In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Return and refund process takes time, about three weeks until you get your money back. However, in many cases you can receive your money before this time (in about 5 to 10 business days).
Under any circumstances, we don’t exchange merchandise.
