Mugcake (4 slices)

Endulge your sweet tooth with this freshly baked, and gooey cake. Rich chocolate, melted, great for an afternoon snack.

Yields1 Serving

 4 eggs.
 1 scoop MCT Oil Powder.
 60 g of Almond Flour.
 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
 Cinnamon Powder.
 1 tsp of Baking Powder.
 Stevia.
For the topping:
 2 scoop Nutriology Be Keto Chocolate.
 2 tbsp of water.
 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Place the mix in a microwave safe bowl, an put a spoon of peanut butter in the center of it.

Bake it in a microwave for 1.30-2 min.

Soften the peanut butter in the microwave, then mix the Be keto Chocolate and water.

Garnish each mugcake with the topping. Enjoy.
