Heat the oven at 400 F.
For the dough: in a bowl, have 4 eggs beaten, then add shredded mozzarella and MCT Powder.
Place wax paper in a baking sheet, and with a spatula, spread the mix. Bake it for 15 min.
Cover the pizza base with tomate paste and and oregano to taste. Add the shredded mozzarella, diced banana peppers.
Bake for 5-10 min, at 450 F.
Add arugula. And enjoy.
