Keto Pie (2 serves)

Comfort in a dish! Flaky crust and delicious chicken. You won't be dissapointed. Even if you are not on keto you are going tol ove it.

Yields1 Serving

For the base:
 175 g Shredded mozzarella.
 1 scoop Nutriology Collagen Peptides.
 1 scoop Nutriology Be Keto Coconut.
 80 g Almond Flour.
 2 tbsp Cream Cheese.
 1 tsp of vinegar
 1 Egg
 ½ tsp of salt.
 Olive oil.
For the stuffing:
 225 g Pulled chicken.
 1 tbsp of unsweetened marinara sauce.
 ½ tbsp of sweet corn.
 175 g of shredded mozzarella.

Heat the oven at 400F

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the cream cheese and mozzarella. Then, place it in the microwave for about a minute.

Add Nutriology Collagen Peptides and Be Keto Coconut, almond flour, egg, vinegar, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Moist your hands with olive oil, then spread the dough over a baking sheet with wax paper. Poke some holes with a fork. Put it in the oven for about 10-12 min.

In a skillet, stir fry the pulled chicken.

Take the dough out of the oven, let it cool a little.

Spread some marinara sauce on the dough, then put the pulled chicken, and top it with corn and shredded mozzarella. Bake it again for 10-15 min, until the cheese is melted and golden.

Sprinkle some oregano on top, and enjoy.
