Keto Cheesecake (6 slices)

A mouthwatering dish! Smooth, creamy, delicious, and the best part it is low carb, Keto and paleo friendly.

Yields1 Serving

For the base:
 2 cups of Almond milk.
 1 scoop Nutriology Collagen Peptides.
  of butter.
 3 tbsp of granulated stevia.
 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
For the cream:
 32 oz of cream cheese.
 ¼ cup of stevia.
 3 beaten eggs.
 1 tbsp Of lemon juice.
 1 tbsp Of vanilla extract.

Heat the oven at 355F.

For the base, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and then press it at the bottom of the ovensafe dish.

Bake it for about 10 min.

Mix the cream cheese and the stevia. Then add the eggs and mix again.

Add the lemon juice and the vanilla extract.

Pour this cream on top of the base, and bake it again for 40-45 min.

Serve it with some red berries jam. Enjoy.
