Keto Blue Cheese Dressing

 5 oz blue cheese.
 ¼ cup Greek yogurt.
 ½ cup mayonnaise.
 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped.
 Salt and pepper.
 Heavy whipping cream or water (optional).
