Guacamole

Grab those ripe avocados, because today we’re talking about my all-time favorite easy guacamole recipe!

Yields1 Serving

 2 avocados.
 ¼ cup red onion (diced).
 6 grape tomatoes.
 1 clove garlic.
 1 tbsp olive oil.
 1 tbsp Nutriology MCT Oil.
 Fresh cilantro.
 lime.
 ¼ tsp salt.
  tsp black pepper.
  tsp crushed red pepper (optional).

Cut, pit and mash your avocados in a mixing bowl.

Dice up your red onions and tomatoes and add them to your avocado.

Squeeze garlic clove, Nutriology MCT Oil, olive oil and mix to combine.

Now, add the cilantro and the juice of one lime as well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and crushed red pepper, if using. Mix well and enjoy with some pork rinds or low carb crackers.
